Easy 15-Day Returns & Exchanges:

You may request a return or exchange for items purchased online (excluding "Final Sale" items) within 15 days of the delivery date.

Customers must contact customer service before initiating a return.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
"Final Sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returned items must be in brand-new condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We may refuse returns if items show signs of use, cosmetic stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, or any other damage.
Do not return packages to any address displayed on the original shipping label.

Unauthorized returns may not be refunded or exchanged.
We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned package, we will process your refund to the original payment account within 7 business days or process your exchange order within 3 business days. Refunds typically appear in your account within one week of processing.

Return Process

Please contact our customer service team at service@pickholt.com.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.
Please send the return package to our warehouse and email the tracking details (including the tracking number and carrier name) to our customer service address.

We will process the refund or exchange within one week of receiving the return package. We will send you a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please submit a request via our "Contact Us" page. If an order is cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has shipped.
